What Is the Experience Program? Here's What It Does and Who It's For. — KW Empower Enterprises blog

If you are a capped agent at a Keller Williams office in Middle Tennessee, you have probably heard the Experience mentioned. Here is a clear, plain-language answer to what it is and why it was built. **Who it serves.

The Experience is a support program for capped agents across three KW market centers: Nashville Music City, Franklin, and Murfreesboro.

Hitting your cap means you have done enough production volume that you are no longer splitting commission with the office. You keep 100% of your commission from that point forward. It is a real milestone.

It also tends to mean your calendar is full and your to-do list is long. That is the leverage problem the Experience was built to solve. **What it includes.

The Experience runs on four pillars: **Marketing support. The team handles marketing production for you. Open house flyers, social graphics, listing materials. Capped agents should not be spending hours in Canva. That time belongs with your clients.

  • Client events and relationship follow-up. Staying connected to your database is one of the most valuable things you can do as an agent, and it is also the first thing that falls off when you get busy. The Experience handles client events, neighborhood nurtures, and newsletters so you stay in front of your people between transactions. **Education. The training at this level is not about the basics. When you've capped, you know how to write a contract. These conversations are about running your business like a business: growth strategy, mindset, the financial side of a real estate career. Past speakers have included Jeff Glover and Nicole Kramer from Exactly What to Say. **Wealth building. This pillar includes a partnership with RE Profit, a software tool that tracks your business finances with automation built in. It is designed to replace the spreadsheet guesswork and give you a clear picture of where your money is going. Knowing your numbers is where building wealth starts. **Where it came from.

The Experience was founded by Edward Crowe and is led alongside Chris Hill and Kelsey Jones. Chris and Kelsey talked about the founding idea in Episode 1 of the Get More Podcast: agents who have reached the cap have already done a lot of the hard work. The next problem to solve is time. The Experience exists to give it back.

"You didn't get into real estate to grind forever," Chris said in the episode. "You got in for more."
