Terms of Use

Effective September 3, 2026

Welcome to the website of Keller Williams Empower Enterprises (“KW Empower,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this site

You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes: learning about our market centers, programs, and listings, and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, submitting false information through our forms, or interfering with the site’s operation.

Content and intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photography, graphics, and logos — belongs to KW Empower or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Keller Williams marks are the property of Keller Williams Realty, LLC. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without our permission.

Not professional advice

Information on this site is provided for general purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or real-estate advice. Market information, program details, and commission or income discussions are illustrative and not a guarantee of results. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed professional.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party content (such as video players and analytics). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KW Empower will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

SMS terms

KW Empower Enterprises (Keller Williams Music City, Franklin, Murfreesboro and Southern Middle) sends text messages only to people who have opted in — by ticking the unchecked box on one of our forms, on our text sign-up page, or, for our affiliated agents, on their portal profile. Ticking the box is never a condition of joining an office, of being matched with an agent, or of any purchase.

There are three programs: recruiting (recruiting tips and event invites), consumer (market updates and home-buying tips), and agent (office news and event reminders). Opting in to one is not opting in to another.

You get one confirmation text when you opt in. After that, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier, not us, decides what your messages cost. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. All three programs send from the same number, so STOP stops all of them; to start again, reply START to that number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we record and keep your opt-in is described in our Privacy Policy.
