What was missing

Agents Were Busy, Not Productive
Long hours. Empty pipelines. The calendar looked full but the GCI wasn't moving. There was no system connecting daily effort to annual income goals — just a general sense that doing more would eventually produce more.

Coaching Without Accountability Was Motivational Theater
Weekly calls that felt great and produced nothing. Inspiration without infrastructure. Agents would leave energized, then fall back into the same patterns before Monday. Coaching without follow-through is just content.
